- Tax Season Closes: 21 October 2025 (non-provisional taxpayers)
- Provisional Taxpayer Deadline: 31 January 2026
Documents You’ll Need
- IRP5/IT3(a) Employee Tax Certificate from employer(s)
- Medical aid certificate and proof of contributions
- Retirement annuity fund certificate
- Logbook for business travel (if claiming travel deduction)
- Proof of additional income (rental, freelance, etc.)
- IT3(b) certificates for interest income from bank(s)
- IT3(c) for capital gains from investment providers
- Proof of disability expenses (if applicable)
- Proof of donations (Section 18A certificates)
- Statements of local and foreign investments
- Any correspondence from SARS
